The MICHELIN starred restaurant was also awarded 4 toques by the Gault&Millau guide in 2022. Located in an exceptional scenery in the middle of nature in a traditional basque house from the XVIIIth century. We invite you to enjoy a convivial moment in an intimate setting.

Throughout the year, Patrice Ibarboure, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2019, produce his sweet creations according to the season. His pastries and desserts are available to go from Friday to Monday.

A unique setting 

3 rooms define the setting of the MICHELIN starred restaurant. The furniture and the decoration are a testimony of their terroirs' belonging while staying modern and convivial. Do not forget the beautiful terrace lined with tall oak trees and surrounded by fragrant flowers. From there, the view seems infinite on the greenery landscape of the homestead.

The furniture is signed by Alki. The tables were designed by the young creators from Metal Design. The stained-glasss are from Gérald Franzetti, the windsreens are by Estelle Matzack for the screens, for a sober and elegant atmosphere.

The restaurant is built on a large homestead in nature where you will also find our  hotel in Bidart.

An exceptional wine cellar

Exceptional vintage and wines from basque productors selected by our sommelier to bring out this moment out of time. Let yourself be surprised and guided by Thomas who will accompany you during your gustative journey.

The wine cellar is opened to the restaurant hall which gives a contemporary touch. It shelters more than 13 000 bottles and around 1 200 appellations from different french regions as well as from several counties around the world.

Always looking to better associate dishes and wines, the sommelier team offers classified vintages and wine carefully selected as well as an assortment of wine glasses.

Aromatic herbs garden

An immersion in nature.

Between the restaurant and the hotel located in Bidart, you may notice a few chef's hats walking around for the morning picking. A privileged moment for the team to keep a permanent link to nature. The herbal garden next to the restaurant is a true extention of the kitchen. The aromatic herbs and edible flowers are the signature of our cuisine.
