Four star hotel and one Michelin star restaurant, located in a piece of heaven in Bidart in the South West to France, near Biarritz, classy beach resort of the Basque Coast.
Live a culinary experience with a 4 hand cuisine, now led by the 3rd generation, the brothers Xabi (in the salty part), Maître Cuisinier de France and Patrice Ibarboure (for the sweet), recently rewarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France pâtissier-confiseur 2019.
Here, the confort is space, as a peaceful scenary, a greenary setting surrounds you. The 14 room hotel is set in the middle of 2ha parc full of trees.
